We have decades of experience setting up dressing room hospitality.

We are full-service company.  Here are few things we do for every room:

• Go through the rider and confirm everything is obtainable.
• We do all the shopping.
• Set up the room and be ready to go upon artist arrival
• Maintain the room throughout the event (refresh ice, etc.)
• Break down once the event is over.

We provide all equipment, such as tablecloths, coffee makers, tea kettles, cups, and plates.  Any specialty equipment will have to be rented.

We are happy to make deli, fruit, vegetable trays upon request.  If they request hot food, we can supply the chaffing dishes and pick up food from a local restaurant.  We do not cook food but if you need full-service caterer, we have several recommendations.
